Cancellations and refunds×
Refunds cannot be made once the device has been unwrapped or has been paired with your SIM.
For refund and cancellations please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call 155. Refunds will be confirmed to customers by email, after which it may take up to 14 business days for card payments to be re-credited.
Please note that refunds are only applicable in the following circumstances:
- If your shipping location is in an out of service area
- If we are unable to contact you to fulfil your order (after 7 days)
- If the customer is not contactable by the agent at the first attempt, 3 further attempts are made:
- Within 2 hours
- By the end of the day
- After 1 day
- In case the customer is not contactable for 7 days the order is cancelled, and the amount if paid by Credit / Debit Card is refunded within 14 working days
- If the customer does not provide the required documentation or fails to satisfy any of the order requirements
