What is the Samsung S10 pre-order service?Our online pre-order service allows you to secure your new Samsung Galaxy S10 through our website, before it arrives in stores. You can place your pre-orders from 20 Feb 2019. In addition, you will also receive the below benefits with your pre-order:
S10e 128GB: You will get free Galaxy Buds (worth AED 479).
S10 128GB: You will get free Galaxy Buds (worth AED 479).
S10+ 128GB: You will get free Galaxy Buds (worth AED 479).
S10+ 512GB: You will get free Galaxy Watch 42mm (worth up to AED 1249).
S10+ 1TB: You will get free Galaxy Watch 46mm (worth up to AED 1249).
What are the benefits of the Samsung S10 pre-order?In addition to securing availability of the new Samsung S10, you’ll also get up to 8 GB free data as per below:
For Smart/Emirati Plan 150 / New Emirati 200 - Benefit: Get a total of 6 GB additional data (2 GB data every 60 days, 3 times).
For Smart/Emirati Plan 250 and above / New Emirati 300 and above - Benefit: Get a total of 8 GB additional data (2 GB data every 60 days, 4 times)
What are the details of the Samsung S10 pre-order?New or existing Smart / Emirati / New Emirati Plan customers can visit www.du.ae/s10. When pre-ordering your Samsung S10, there will be a list of plans that available with the device. The device will be offered with 12- or 24-month contract offers.
To proceed with your pre-order, click on the ‘Pre Order Now’ option and follow the steps below:
a) Step 1 – Select the device storage and colour
b) Step 2
o For new & existing customers:
Select your postpaid plan (choose between a 12- or 24-month contract)
Fill out the form with the required information (customer and credit card details)
Upload a copy of your Emirates ID
Submit the order
Note: You’ll need to have a copy of your Emirates ID to upload during the pre-order process. Once the order has been placed successfully, you’ll receive an email confirmation and we’ll get in touch with you within 24 – 48 hours on your verification.
Who is eligible for the Samsung S10 pre-order?New and existing Smart /Emirati / New Emirati Plan customers.
You can pre-order one device per mobile number.
You can activate a maximum of six devices, which includes four Premium Value Devices and two Low End Devices, if you have a good credit score.
How will I know that my pre-order has been received?You’ll receive a confirmation email informing you that the order has been successful, as well as a call to discuss delivery arrangements.
Note: In case you don’t receive a confirmation email, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will there be any separate shipping charges for the delivery?No, there is no shipping/delivery charge for the order.
Is there a warranty for the device I pre-order?Yes, the phone comes with a one-year warranty which you can use at any Samsung-authorised service centre (800-Samsung).
Note: You must provide correct and complete information and notify us of any changes.
How will I know that the device is being delivered?Once the order is successfully completed online, you’ll receive a confirmation call regarding the delivery schedule. Deliveries will start from 04 March 2019.
Note: Sales agent will visit you to collect the required documents.
Can I track my order?Yes, you can check the status of your order by emailing email@example.com.
How long will it take for a SIM to be activated, in case I bought a new line along with my pre-order?If you bought a new SIM, the rate plan will be activated at the time of the delivery.
I’m an existing customer and would like a new number with my Samsung Galaxy S10. Can I still avail the delivery service?Yes, delivery services will be available to all customers purchasing the handsets through our website.
Can I purchase the handset online at full price without subscribing to a postpaid line?No, pre-orders will only be available with a postpaid plan.
What are the delivery timelines?You can expect the delivery timelines to be as below:
Dubai: Up to 5 working days from launch date
Other: Up to 7 working days from launch date
Note: Delivery orders will be on ‘first in, first out’ basis, so customers who pre-order on the first day of the pre-order period will receive their devices in the first batch. Delivery will start from 04 March 2019.
What are the available Samsung Galaxy S10 offers under contract?You can get an interest free device with a Device Instalment Plan plus the ‘Extra Data Offer’ on any of our existing postpaid plans (Smart /Emirati/New Emirati Plans) in addition to.
Note: For Extra Data Offer and Device Instalment Plan foreclosure fee calculations, please refer to the respective FAQs for details.
Note: All the New Emirati Plans come with a 12-month contract tenure, however they will be allowed to take DIP with either 12 or 24 months.
If I’m subscribed to a plan with an Extra Data offer, can I get the Samsung Galaxy S10 at zero upfront?Yes, you can simply add the handset instalment contract regardless of when you activated your extra data offer. Each contract will have a different expiry date.
If I’m subscribed to a Smartphone Privilege Plan, can I get the Samsung Galaxy S10 for free?If you’re an existing customer then you can get a new line and activate a Device Instalment Plan. You can activate a maximum of six devices, which includes four Premium Value Devices and two Low End Devices, if you have a good credit score.
Can I modify my order?No, you can’t modify your order. You can only cancel it by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why if my order partially approved / rejected?Since we sell the Samsung Galaxy S10 at zero upfront costs, we do a credit assessment on your Emirates ID via the Etihad Credit Bureau (owned by the UAE federal government) to check you’re eligible for the same. Depending on the score that is given by ECB, the order is either approved, rejected or partially approved.
