Click order now and select the watch, size and colour.
If you’re a new customer, select the postpaid plan and choose either a 12 or 24-month contract. Then fill out the form with your details and credit card information. Enter your Emirates ID details and submit your order.
If you’re an existing customer, log in to ‘My Account’ and select the device you want. If auto-payment is active, click on ‘yes’ then confirm. If it’s not active, you’ll need to activate it first. The form will be pre-filled with the credit card details. All you’ll have to do is enter your Emirates ID details and submit your order.
Once the order has been placed successfully, you’ll receive an email. There’ll be a handset verification process and 2 outcomes as below:
|Approved ||If auto-payment isn’t active, you’ll receive a call put on conference with IVR, put cc details UAE issued CC then we will deduct AED 1 (adjusted in the bill) |
If auto-payment is active, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
|Rejected call ||If your order is rejected, the pre-order will be cancelled and you’ll receive an email. |
In-store pick-ups won’t be available. The delivery days will vary depending on the Emirate you’re in.
In case the pre-ordered device is out of stock, we’ll send you an email once it’s back in stock.
