Who can get a Data SIM and where can I get it from?

Anyone can subscribe to any Data SIM plan. The monthly fees will vary depending on whether you're a new or an existing Postpaid customer. To subscribe, go to ‘Select plan’ from the product card.
How do I check my data balance?

To check your balance, all you have to do in either visit the du App, log in to My Account or SMS ‘Rewards’ to 1233
Can I upgrade or downgrade my Data SIM Plan anytime?

Yes, the upgrade will be effective immediately. You can downgrade at any time as well. However, you'll need to pay an early cancellation fee.
What is the foreclosure fee if I cancel early?

If you decide to cancel early, you’ll be charged one Monthly Recurring Charge.

What happens when my contract expires?

If you’re an existing Postpaid customer with a Data SIM, you’ll receive multiple notifications by SMS and email to renew your contract before it expires. If you wish to renew your contract for another 12 months, you can do so through an SMS or our app. By renewing your contract, you’ll continue to enjoy the same data benefits and discount on your monthly charges.

Kindly note that the discount on the monthly recurring charges only applies to the 10 GB and 50 GB plans.If you’re a new Postpaid customer with a Data SIM, there’s no change to the benefits upon renewal. However, you still have the option to renew your contract.
When will I be notified about my contract’s expiration?

We’ll send you a number of SMSs and emails before the expiry of the contract, notifying you about the contract’s expiry as well as giving you the option to renew your contract.
How can I renew my contract?

You can renew your contract through an SMS or by using the du App. Instructions on how to renew will be included in the notifications.
How long is the contract valid for?

The contract period is valid for 12 months.
What do I do if I have a Data SIM and want to buy a device on instalment?

You can get a device on our Device Instalment Plans at any time to use with your standalone data plan. You’ll just need to sign another contract.

Kindly note that if you wish to cancel your Device Instalment Plan, you'll have to pay the remaining instalments of your contract’s period.
Which devices are available with the Data SIM plans?

The devices are always changing based on availability and the latest devices released. Please refer to the product cards.
Can I get a Multi SIM with the plan?

Yes, you can get a Multi SIM with a monthly fee of AED 25 with any plan for each SIM.
How to activate your free 12-month subscription to OSN+?
