What is the Unlimited International Calling Bundle?
If you are on the Power Plan 300/350 Flexi or Power Plan 500/600 Flexi, you can now – and only for a limited time – subscribe to the Unlimited International Calling Bundle for free. Offering you unlimited international minutes, this voice bundle enables you to make international calls to one of 33 countries for the duration of 12 months.
For online orders: after choosing an eligible Power Plan, simply select your preferred country from the ‘Choose a Country’ drop-down menu that will appear on the Order Summary page. Then complete your online purchase, and we will deliver your new SIM to you! Please wait for an SMS from us in the next 48 hours after your SIM delivery, confirming the activation of your bundle before starting to enjoy your unlimited minutes to your preferred country.
If you already are on an eligible Power Plan, you can subscribe to this bundle during the promotional period by sending an SMS including your preferred country’s unique ‘SMS Keyword’ to 1355.
If you are on a non-eligible Power Plan and would like to subscribe to this bundle, you can always migrate to an eligible Power Plan by calling 155 or visiting any of our du stores.

What benefits will I get in return for my upfront payment?
You’ll enjoy the plan’s benefits for free and for an entire year, as well as, the associated Special Number.
Can I pay the upfront payment at the time of delivery?
We only accept online payments in order to preserve the number for you.
What happens to my Special Number after 12 months?
The number will continue with you and under your name. However, you’ll start paying the monthly charges of the Postpaid Power Plan.
Can I upgrade my rate plan during the offer?
Yes, you can upgrade your rate plan at any time. However, you’ll continue getting the same monthly discount equal to the monthly charge of your original rate plan. This means that you’ll have to pay some extra monthly charges as per the upgraded rate plan.
For example: If you buy a Silver Number with Power Plan 500, and then decide to upgrade to Power 1,000, only AED 500/month will be waived off. You’ll still need to pay the remaining AED 500 every month to match the monthly charges of your upgraded plan. .
Can I downgrade my rate plan during the offer?
No. Downgrading the plan is not allowed during the first 12 months.
Can I get a refund for my upfront payment if I decided to deactivate my plan during offer?
The upfront amount paid for the Special Number is non-refundable. Also, in case if cancellation, an early termination fees may also apply.
Can I reserve a Special Number?
Reservation of Special Numbers is not allowed.
Can I change ownership within the 12-month contract?
Yes, you can. The same business rules will apply. Any applicable foreclosure fee will apply.
If I’m a FAB or an Emirates NBD customer, can I pay for my Special Number with an installment with my bank?
Yes. If you’re a FAB or an Emirates NBD customer, you can easily convert your payment for a Special Number into Easy Payment Plans at 0% interest rates with no processing fee and flexible payment tenures.
With FAB, you can spend AED 1,000 and above and convert it into Easy Payment Plans for a 3, 6, 9 or 12-month period.
With Emirates NBD, you can spend AED 2,000 and above and convert it into Easy Payment Plans for a 3, 6 or 12-month period.
