Cancellation of orders is only applicable in the below scenarios:
If the order is completed and before the delivery.

You can also cancel the order by requesting for cancellation when they get a call from the courier service. Please note that if you have already received your delivery then you cannot cancel it nor can you get a refund of the activation fee.

- Is there a warranty for the smartphone?
Yes. The devices come with a one-year standard manufacturer warranty, which you can use at an Apple, Samsung or HUAWEI authorised service centre.

Yes. Any personal or company information provided shall be protected in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. - Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
No. At the time of delivery the courier will validate the Emirates ID, trade license and establishment card as well as a biometric check. Emirates ID used to make the purchase must match the one presented at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the courier will not complete the order and the line will not be activated.
If you are the business owner, then only you will be eligible to receive the order. - I am a new customer. How long does it take to activate my SIM?
Your SIM will be activated within 24 hours from the delivery.
