Can someone else receive the order on my behalf?
No. At the time of delivery the courier will validate the Emirates ID, trade license and establishment card as well as a biometric check. Emirates ID used to make the purchase must match the one presented at the time of delivery. Otherwise, the courier will not complete the order and the line will not be activated. If you are the business owner, then only you will be eligible to receive the order.

What are the charges if I use my Apple Watch to make calls?
Any calls made or texts sent on your Apple Watch Series 7 (GPS + Cellular) will be part of your mobile plan’s usage and charges.
What are the charges after the promotion ends?
If you have a postpaid line, your monthly charges will be billed to it. This will continue until you cancel your subscription.
What should I do if I lose my Apple Watch?
If your Apple Watch is lost or stolen, immediately unpair it from your iPhone and cancel your eSIM subscription.
