I just got my 5G handset. How will I know I have 5G service?
When your device is in a 5G zone, you’ll see a 5G network sign on your screen letting you know that you’re connected to our 5G network.
How long will it take for 5G services to be activated on my 5G device?
5G services will be activated 24 to 48 hours after you get your device.
Is there a fee for 5G services?
For now, you’ll be able to enjoy 5G at no additional charge to your standard rate plan.
I just bought a new 5G device and my service has been activated. Will I be able to enjoy 5G network with the same handset but using a different number?
Our 5G services are activated per number, therefore you’ll only be able to enjoy 5G with your current line. In the event that you change your number, please wait for another 24-48 hours for 5G to be provisioned on the number you are using.
Who is eligible for 5G?
All our customers are eligible for 5G. The only requirement is a 5G-compatible handset device which you must buy from us.
Note: You can only access our 5G network if the 5G-compatible device you’re using has been purchased from our stores or website. Other handsets will not work.
Which 5G devices can I choose from??
For now you can buy a ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G mobile, available in our stores and online. It’s available as a standalone device, as well as with 12- and 24-month contracts on a Device Instalment Plan. The Huawei Mate 20 X 5G will be available later this month.
The standalone price for ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G: 5,555 AED.
24 month contract for ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G: 235 AED.
12 month contract for ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G: 470 AED.
I have a problem with my ZTE 5G mobile, what should I do?
You can take your phone to Jumbo Service Centre for any problems. Dial 800 586 26 to find your nearest Jumbo Service Centre.
How long is the warranty for the ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G device?
The warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Can I cancel or return my device?
For Refund: Please note that you can cancel and return your device within 7 days of purchase only if it's returned in sealed condition. Any device that has been opened or with damaged packing is not eligible for a refund.
Can I exchange my device?
For Exchange: Defective devices with 'no physical damage', returned in its original packaging with all accessories included, can be replaced with another device of the same model, colour and capacity within 3 days of purchase.
