- What are the Business Starter Plans?The Business Starter plans are fixed wireless solutions that come with an advanced router for small business customers such as yourself.
- Business Starter: Provides you with fixed broadband services and a 5G-enabled router.
- Business Starter Pro: Provides you with fixed broadband services and business landline solutions and a 5G-enabled router.
- What’s included in the Business Starter Promo?The Business Starter promo is a limited-time offer, which gives you a full-speed fixed broadband service at promotional price as following:
- Business Starter: Promotional price of AED 249 with a 1-year free Digital Starter Kit subscription.
- Business Starter Pro: Promotional price of AED 399 with a 1-year free eCommerce Starter Kit subscription. The promo also includes .ae domain, Microsoft 365 license, a landline handset.
- Where does the Business Starter service work?Enterprise customers across the UAE will be able to apply for Business Starter plans.
- How does the Business Starter service work?Business Starter customers will receive a wireless internet router that connects to du’s expansive mobile data network and will provide business internet and landline services as applicable. The router will be geo-locked and device-locked, therefore you cannot use the SIM with another device.
- What is the speed offered by Business Starter services?The standard speeds of Business Starter and Business Starter Pro are up to 40 and 50 Mbps respectively. However, with our Business Starter promo, you can enjoy unlimited full-speed internet. Individual results will vary as the speed of the service might be affected by factors such as weather, interference from buildings and network capacity.
- What business landline service does Business Starter Pro offer?The router provided with our Business Starter Pro service comes with integrated landline services along with a handset. Enjoy free 250 National minutes to call any mobile number in the UAE.
- What landline number will I get with Business Starter Pro?Your landline number will be assigned to you based on your business address. For example, if your business address is located in Abu Dhabi, you will get a number with a 02 area code.
- I already have a landline number from my current operator. Can I keep the same number and switch to du?Yes. Through our Fixed Number Portability (FNP) service, you can switch your current landline number from your existing operator to the du network. To apply, visit here
- What are the business landline calling rates?We offer attractive calling rates to National and International destinations and the calls are billed on a per-second basis.

- What are the charges for the service relocation fee?We charge AED 100 as per your relocation request.
- What internet router is provided with these services?A mobile data router is provided with this service with an easy plug & play setup. This router includes advanced integrated WiFi, Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports. Business Starter Pro comes with an additional POTS port for landline.
- What is the contract commitment and how is the cancellation fee calculated?Business Starter services come with a 12-month minimum commitment. If you choose to terminate the contract before the commitment period ends, a cancellation fee of 1-month rental + remaining months of the router value applies.
• Business Starter: Router value charged at AED 600.
• Cancellation fee = 1-month rental + (600/12 * (remaining contract months – 1)).
• Business Starter Pro: Router value charged at AED 1500.
• Cancellation fee = 1-month rental + (1500/12 * (remaining contract months – 1)). - Can I subscribe to any additional services on top of Business Starter plans?Yes. Currently, the below list of add-ons is available with Business Starter plans. We are constantly improving the offering and more exciting add-ons will be available soon:

However, after the completion of the 12-month contract period, you will have the option to renew for another contract or continue with these services on a non-contractual basis. - What are the non-contractual Monthly Recurring Charges for Business Starter Pro?The non-contractual Monthly Recurring Charges are AED 549. If you decide to cancel the plan, an early termination will apply for the router as follows: Router Value /12* (Remaining number of months -1)
