  Since we sell the Samsung Galaxy Note10 at zero upfront costs, we do a credit assessment on your Emirates ID via the Etihad Credit Bureau (owned by the UAE federal government) to check you're eligible for the same. Depending on the score that is given by ECB, your online order is either approved or rejected.
10. What’s the Double Data promotion?
  
  It’s a promotion that allows you to double the data you already have. You can get 26 GB instead of 13 GB if you subscribe to Power Plan 200/225 or 100 GB instead of 50 GB if you subscribe to Power Plan 500/600. This offer is only valid for a limited time period of 12 months and it’s applicable if you’re a customer with or without contract.
11. What if I don’t use up the full data amount I have after doubling it up?

  When your device is in a 5G zone, you’ll see a 5G network sign on your screen letting you know that you’re connected to our 5G network.
2. How long will it take for 5G services to be activated on my 5G device?
  
  5G services will be activated 24 to 48 hours after you get your device.
3. Is there a fee for 5G services?
  
  For now, you’ll be able to enjoy 5G at no additional charge to your standard rate plan.
4. I just bought a new 5G device and my service has been activated. Will I be able to enjoy 5G network with the same handset but using a different number?
  
  Our 5G services are activated per number, therefore you’ll only be able to enjoy 5G with your current line. In the event that you change your number, please wait for another 24-48 hours for 5G to be provisioned on the number you are using.
5. Who is eligible for 5G?
  
  All our customers are eligible for 5G. The only requirement is a 5G-compatible handset device which you must buy from us.

  If you're an existing customer, then you can get a new line and activate a Device Instalment Plan. You can activate a maximum of six devices, which includes four Premium Value Devices and two Low End Devices, if you have a good credit score.

  No, you can't modify your order. You can only cancel it by emailing onlineshop@du.ae.
9. What if my order is approved / rejected?
  
  Since we sell the Samsung Galaxy Note10 at zero upfront costs, we do a credit assessment on your Emirates ID via the Etihad Credit Bureau (owned by the UAE federal government) to check you're eligible for the same. Depending on the score that is given by ECB, your online order is either approved or rejected.
10. What’s the Double Data promotion?
  
  It’s a promotion that allows you to double the data you already have. You can get 26 GB instead of 13 GB if you subscribe to Power Plan 200/225 or 100 GB instead of 50 GB if you subscribe to Power Plan 500/600. This offer is only valid for a limited time period of 12 months and it’s applicable if you’re a customer with or without contract.
11. What if I don’t use up the full data amount I have after doubling it up?
  
  In case of Power Plan 200/225 you can carry forward 6.5GB of unused data
  In case of Power plan 500/600 you can carry forward 25GB of unused data

How can I order?

Click order now and select the watch, size and colour.

If you’re a new customer, select the postpaid plan and choose either a 12 or 24-month contract. Then fill out the form with your details and credit card information. Enter your Emirates ID details and submit your order.

If you’re an existing customer, log in to ‘My Account’ and select the device you want. If auto-payment is active, click on ‘yes’ then confirm. If it’s not active, you’ll need to activate it first. The form will be pre-filled with the credit card details. All you’ll have to do is enter your Emirates ID details and submit your order.

Once the order has been placed successfully, you’ll receive an email. There’ll be a handset verification process and 2 outcomes as below:

Approved	If auto-payment isn’t active, you’ll receive a call put on conference with IVR, put cc details UAE issued CC then we will deduct AED 1 (adjusted in the bill) If auto-payment is active, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

In-store pick-ups won’t be available. The delivery days will vary depending on the Emirate you’re in.

Who is eligible to order?

New and existing Smart customers and customers on the Emirati, New Emirati or Power Plans. You can order one device for each MSISDN, you can also activate a maximum of 6 devices, including 4 Premium Value Devices and 2 Low End Devices, if you have a good credit score.

If you convert to a prepaid line after the activation, the cellular service won’t work and the service will deactivate.

Can I get Apple Watch with an Easy Payment Plan from banks?
